Stainless Steel Sink Manufacturers Share The Difference Between Stretch Forming And Hand Forming

When choosing a sink, many people are confused. I don't know how to choose the right one. So today,  Stainless Steel Sink Manufacturers  will share the making of the sink. From different manufacturing processes, I hope you can find a suitable sink.

First, stretch forming

1. Machine: Generally use a larger tonnage hydraulic press (200T) or more to stretch the plate.

2, the mold: the angle cannot be too straight, generally direct φ10 or more, the structure should be reasonable.

3. Material: Generally, the thickness of the plate is within 0.8-1.0mm. If it exceeds this range, even the 500T hydraulic press is weak.

4. Heat treatment: The whole stretched water tank generally needs high-temperature annealing treatment, generally a temperature of 1200 degrees or more, and eliminates the internal stress after stretching.

5, surface treatment: drawing, polishing, polishing (generally smooth)

6. Process: After the sheet is added to the mold to stretch the oil, it can be smoothly stretched, annealed after forming, and then surface-treated.

Second, manual molding

1. Machine: Generally, it is formed by bending machine, hydraulic press, and argon arc welding machine. 2, fixture: bending fixture, hydraulic machine mold.

3, material: due to the use of bending, the thickness of the plate is not limited, generally based on the economic use of reasonable thickness.

4, welding: According to the thickness of the material, you can choose different welding current, for example, 1.2mm select welding current below 220A.

5, surface treatment: drawing, polishing, polishing (generally smooth)

6. Process: Generally, the sheet material is bent and formed, and like the folding paper box, the side seam is welded, and finally the surface treatment is performed.
